Billy Zakaria of SkyCon Air runs a fast-paced, dynamic air conditioning business in a highly competitive market. With a lean tightly knit team handling split systems as well as ducted HVAC air conditioning. Time costs money and focus is the name of the game and Flowista is critical to their success.

Most of SkyCon’s inquiries are web driven and searches are funnelled through to the SkyCon website and into Flowista. Customer details automatically entered and ready for SkyCon to make the first contact. I really love that customer enquiries for me start off in a Google search, and then funnelled to my website where they complete the customer form online. This feeds directly into the app for me as an inquiry which I can then hit the road running with the customer details already completed for me.”

The customer details are available on all devices, displayed similarly, and extra details are easy to update and add as contact is made. The type of service or installation selected for a job decides the flow of job requirements saving time and feeding into the customer quotation, ensuring professional looking quotes. “Flowista is so easy to use. I can add or modify templates, move on from the initial inquiry straight into quoting the job. I can see what I am going to send my customer as a professional quote template.

Keeping on top of scheduling,allocating jobs on time and turning up on time, and then doing a professionallooking job that customers are proud of is critical. Scheduling the jobsin Flowista is so easy, costing for labour and materials is straightforward. From there I can bring up the invoice template, and Bang! Straight to thecustomer via email.

Easy to learn, with a great support team on hand, the entire team is up and running in no time. The entire system is a very simple for me which is good as I don’t have much time to focus on training at the moment. Flowista is a real timesaver for me.
