Harvey Norman Retail Poral

Actron Air needed a system to manage the packaged supply and installation of HVAC products throughout Australia from within Harvey Norman stores. However in order to acheive this they needed to integrate store sales with installers.

Using our existing ERP framework we created a system with three portals to enable this system.

  1. In-Store Portal
    This is used to enter sale information and enable payment by Credit Card or cash. It can also provides quotes which can be recalled and turned into sales. Upon a sale an invoice from the installer is created and emailed to the customer. A copy is also emailed to store and installer for their records.
  2. Installer Portal
    This displays the active Harvey Norman jobs allowing images to be added which are in turn availiable in store. Jobs are marked as completed to notify Actron when they are finished.
  3. Backend Management Portals
    From here Actron can managed stores, installers and in-store appearance.
